8 ALL CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS SHALL BE VERIFIED IN FIELD PRIOR TO THE START OFFABRICATION OR CONSTRUCTION.

9 THESE DRAWINGS ARE NOT TO BE SCALED, IF THE REQUIRED DIMENSIONS OR INFORMATIONCANNOT BE FOUND HEREIN, THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE REQUESTED TO INTERPRET THEDOCUMENTS, AND HIS INTERPRETATIONS SHALL BE FINAL AND ENDING

11 DETAILS NOT SHOWN ARE SIMILAR IN CHARACTER TO THOSE DETAILED. WHERE SPECIFICDIMENSIONS, DETAILS OR DESIGN INTENT CANNOT BE DETERMINED, NOTIFY ARCHITECT FORCLARIFICATION.

12 ALL DISSIMILAR MATERIALS SHALL BE ISOLATED.13 IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO REQUEST AND RECEIVE APPROVAL

15 DO NOT SUBSTITUTE, REVISE OR CHANGE THE WORK WITHOUT A WRITTEN DIRECTIVE FROM THEARCHITECT OR OWNER.

16 ALL DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP AS DETERMINED BY A GOVERNING AGENCY, ARCHITECT,INTERIOR DESIGNER OR OWNER SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUTADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER UPON WRITTEN NOTIFICATION BY THE OWNER.

17 THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND SUB CONTRACTORS SHALL FURNISH SUFFICIENT MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND MAN POWER SO AS TO MAINTAIN THE PROJECT SCHEDULE AT ALL TIMES.

18 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL AT ALL TIMES KEEP THE PROJECT SITE FREE FROM ACCUMULATION OFWASTE MATERIAL OR RUBBISH ARISING OUT OF OPERATIONS AT ALL TIMES.

19 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE PAID PROGRESS PAYMENT MONTHLY AS WORK PROGRESSES. THECONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT AIA DOC G702 AS THE PAYMENT APPLICATION. THE CONTRACTOR

SHALL SUBMIT THE PAYMENT APPLICATION TO THE ARCHITECT ON THE LAST BUSINESS DAY OFTHE MONTH.

20 SUBCONTRACTOR AND CONTRACTOR LIEN WAIVERS SHALL ACCOMPANY EACH PAYMENTAPPLICATION PRIOR TO FINAL PAYMENT. CONTRACTORS SHALL SUBMIT IT'S OWN FINAL LIENWAIVER ALONG WITH FINAL LIEN WAIVERS FOR EVERY SUBCONTRACTOR.

21 THE FINAL PAYMENT CONSTITUTING THE ENTIRE UNPAID BALANCE OF THE CONTRACT SUM SHALLBE MADE BY THE OWNER TO THE CONTRACTOR WHEN THE CONTRACTOR HAS FULLYPERFORMED ALL WORK INCLUDED IN CONTRACT AND A FINAL CERTIFICATE OF PAYMENT HASBEEN ISSUED BY THE ARCHITECT.

22 PROVIDE ALL FIREBLOCKING, DRAFTSTOPS AND FIRESTOPS PER IBC REQUIREMENTS.23 ANY PERSON UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS SHALL BE REMOVED

FROM OR REFUSED ADMITTANCE TO THE SITE.24 NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS SHALL BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE.
