The 1st CircularThe Nida Area, especially its central part called as Ponidzie, is characterized by exeptional geodiversity. This site is chosen for the conference place as a space to exchange scientific views and experiences during meetings both inside in conference room and outside in terrain.

Preliminary programme of conference:21st of May (Tuesday) – registration of participants22nd of May (Wensday) – registration of participants, debating, poster sessions, ceremonial supper23rd of May (Thursday) – local session24th of May (Friday) – debating – part II, end of conference
Cost of participation: *conference fee (conference materials, local session, dinner during local session, coffe breaks, ceremonial supper, print of monography) 500 PLN*breakfast 15 PLN, supper 15 PLN, dinner 30 PLN*accomodation 40-120 PLN (depend on standard)

Language of conference, materials – editorial requirementsOral presentations and posters - in Polish , other Slavic or English languages. Descriptions of presentations in English only. Abstracts – in Polish or in English.
Print of abstracts – in Polish or in English.Volume of abstracts - two pages of A4 format in MS WORD Editor. The title (font size – 14, bold) – single spacing – first name nad surname (font size – 12, bold), name and address of the institution (font size – 12) – double spacing. Text: Times New Roman, font size – 12.Text adjusted, spacings 1,5 of line, margin 2,5 cm. Tables, graphic figures, illustrations in TIF or JPG format – fitted to print in B5 format. Descriptions of photographs, drawings and tables in separate files.
