FACTORS WHICH DETERMINE THE CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO MIGRATION FLOW REGULATION:

prevailing trends in the state’s foreign policy;

domestic market situation; and

demographical situation.

THE DEPARTMENT FOR CITIZENSHIP AND MIGRATION EXERCISES:

monitoring of how the legal entities and sole traders comply with their procedures related to promotion of the Belarusian nationals’ employment abroad;

monitoring of any mass media commercials and advertisement aimed at involving potential human trade victims;

reviewing and coordination of any information / advertising / commercials dealing with employment beyond the Republic of Belarus; and

“hot line” public consulting, etc.

In Q1 2013 2,463 persons arrived in Belarus to work on contract (against 1,593 persons in Q1 2012).

988 persons left for the same reason (against 1,177 persons in Q1 2012).

IN Q1 2013 2,463 MIGRANT WORKERS ENTERED BELARUS ON THE GROUND OF ANY SIGNED JOB AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS
