The door closes, the lecture starts, and up go my hands... Who really knows if the delivery I am offering is as accurate as it can be? Am I considering all the components that make what I offer complete and accurate? Do I use all components available to me, or just the "ones I like"? Do I have enough training to combine techniques that honor the languages or systems I am using? What about all the pesky stuff like sign inventing, fingerspelling, and visual features? Come and get some "hands on" support from Dennis Davino, seasoned K-12 educational interpreter and administrator!" In addition to numerous national awards and committees on which he serves, Dennis is also an international consultant and lecturer for the S.E.E. Center for the Advancement for Deaf Children.
