Proposed Process:MIME gets 3 quotes for supply of 30 PCs meeting specifications (including warranty and service) AND arranges the payment scheme
MIME makes PC offer for REE (limited numbers) in invitation letter and arrange the modality of subsidy.
Each REE signs an agreement to use PC for DEMT purposes, and be available for audit by MIME/EAC staff at any time, and must repay subsidy if any problem
