The DeMolay Equation This year’s program is aimed at growing our membership at the local chapter and promoting chapter independence. Planning and executing chapter events is one of the key elements to DeMolay and we want you to add it into your DeMolay Equation!

Chapter Objectives Youth-driven term plans and events are the cornerstone of DeMolay. It is your objective to complete this list of events without the help of the State Suite. Creating a well-rounded program around these objectives will help show potential members how awesome your chapter is!

Teamwork and cooperation are at the heart of every DeMolay. While you can complete these objectives on your own, teaming up with another chapter (or multiple) can make planning and executing these events even better. Chapter Objectives can be completed in combination with other chapters, so get out there and start planning!

Chapter Objectives If you and your chapter can successfully hold all of the events listed, then your chapter will have earned a chapter lab coat. If your chapter puts on more events than any other chapter, then you can even get it customized with your chapter’s name on it!
