Biographies:*Mister Alain Resclause: .- He started his career after attending Business School.- became the operations manager at Fraikin, Heavy Vehicle rental, then took over as General Manager for Belgium.- After a few years he joined Volvo Trucks France as manager of distribution and concessions for half of Southern France.- His experience and reputation later led him to manage the operations of a Caterpillar dealership in West-Africa on behalf of the JA Delmas Group before moving to Demimpex Equipment.- Today he is the CEO of DEm Group.* Mister Benot Vron: Member of the management committee in charge of construction and forestry sales Studied public law at Sciences Po Paris and at the Law Faculty,

since the start of his career he has worked as:- sales and sales promotion manager at Bergerat-Monnoyeur in France for 3 years.

- deputy manager of sand quarry operations for 5 years.

- majority shareholder and manager of an exceptional international transport / handling company for 14 years.- Product Support manager, then Operations manager for JV Energie of two Caterpillar dealerships in West and Central Africa, Africa Power Systems in 22 countries over 15 years.- before joining DEM Group, he lived in Senegal and then Congo Brazzaville for almost two years as general manager of the West-African subsidiary of a Belgian company representing Komatsu, then as director of logistics/purchase/workshop operations at Olam-CIB (Singaporean forestry group operating in the North of the Congo) - Today he is the Head of Sales Construction and Forestry
