1. Short description on the content of the deliverable: Online Publication of Working Papers from the JPI MYBL Working Groups (Section by Christian Wehrmann (VDI/VDE-IT) from Deliverable 5.1 of 22/04/2013] In order to stimulate scientific and societal debate with scientists and stakeholders outside the JPI bodies and before the Strategic Research Agenda is ready, the General Assembly decided that a number of Working Papers from the 5 Scientific Working Groups of the JPI MYBL should be published and accessible on the JPI Website. Working Groups of the JPI:
1. Health & Performance 2. Social Systems & Welfare 3. Work & Productivity 4. Education & Learning 5. Housing, Environments & Mobility
After consultation with the Scientific Advisory Board and the Working Groups, a selection of papers was chosen and published. The Working papers were published in March 2013 with the following disclaimer:
The following discussion paper is a contribution to the working group process of the JPI “More Years, Better Lives” and summarises the expert views of the author. It is not necessarily the final position of the entire JPI and its representatives.

3. Deliverable Online Publication of Working Papers from the JPI MYBL Working Groups
The information on the online Publication of Working Papers from the JPI MYBL Working Groups were already included in the Deliverable 5.1 of 22/04/2013 reported by Christian Wehrmann (VDI/VDE-IT), which is attached as Annex 2 of this Report.
New Design of Website
The layout and design of the JPI Website were changed, in order to reflect better the holistic and interdisciplinary (and trans-generational) approach of the JPI.
The website is updated with news and events related to the JPI but it still needs some improvements, that will be developed in the last 5 months of the project.
The website will not be modified in its graphic and structure, as it is considered that it will be renewed substantially with the JAGE II project that is expected to start in January /February 2015. The new website will be in line with the new dissemination strategy of the JAGE II project which will include also the use of social networks.
However the following improvements are necessary and will be implemented in the last five months of the project:
More visibility of the JAGE project: at the moment JAGE is visible only under the “About” section. On the basis of the possibility of modification of the database structure, the link to the JAGE project will be more visible.
Improved description of the JAGE project: the introduction page of the JAGE project does not provide enough information on the consortium and the project plan. A more detailed presentation (at least including partnership and workpackage list) will be added. The link between the JAGE activities and the JPI activities will be highlighted.
Increased information on events: for each events (past and future) the section will be improved including:
o Presentation;
o Report
o Picture (where available)
Future events will be clearly advertised on the website, directly on the homepage.
See Annex II for some additional explanation.
In addition to modification to the website itself, a proactive dissemination of the JAGE events and website will be done through the websites and newsletters of the organizations participating to the Societal Advisory Board.
