6. Registration Fees
Registration fees will be refunded back within one month, (excluding GST) in case of event cancellationdue to pandemic
Terms & Conditions:1. Above rates are inclusive of 18% GST or applicable taxes2. Registration fees include 2 dinners, 3 lunches and tea for all categories3. Registrations online is open4. This year registration fees are reduced by INR 1000/- compared to previous physical event of 20205. IIF reserves the right to registration6. Kit bags will be subject to availability for the delegates registered after 25th March 2022 (However, hospitality coupons will be provided)7. Confirmation of Registration will be sent after realization of payment8. Pick up and drop off facilities will be available to all registered delegates between designated hotels & congress venue9. In lieu of the Govt. guidelines, organizing team reserves the right to short close or extend the last date of registration. Register early and do not miss the opportunity for Business Beyond Boundaries10. Before booking the tickets, please refer the details of pre congress tours for sightseeing11. Due to pandemic, all factories are not permitting group visits, hence we have not scheduled any Works Visit during this Congress12. No extra charge for any technical session13. 7. Instructions

Foreign delegates and speakers may register in advance. They may, however, pay on arrival at RegistrationDesk in cash or by card.
Considering constrains of the resources, registration will be closed once the number of registrations is reached.Organizing team reserves the rights to short close or extend the last date of registration
On spot registration may not be available, so please register in advance.
Confirmation of registration will be sent only after realization of payment.
A registered delegate will receive a Pen drive of Technical Papers and hard copy of “Foundry Technica Volume”
During event days (22,23,24 April 2022), limited pick-up and drop off facilities will be available to the registered delegates between recommended hotels / pick-up points to Congress venue and back to the hotel / drop off points on SIC basis.
