• Summative (End of Grant)• Replaces the previous annual report for LEA
Consolidated Grant• Required annually for All LEAs (due date –
December 1, 2009) and schools under improvement (due date – Fall 2010 beginning with 2009-10 Plan)
• Formative• Designed to allow periodic progress monitoring
throughout the year• Users can complete as many per year as desired• Minimum of 3 required per year for districts and
schools under improvement (quarterly updates)
