Please accept this letter as my application for a teller position (or other) in production and editing at NYC Media. In May 2017, I plan on receiving a bachelor of fine arts degree in Acting at Texas Tech University. I want to be able to work in an environment governed by integrity and respect. That is why I would like to learn from the team at Del Norte Credit Union over the coming summer.

I was first intrigued by Del Norte when I heard about how they were a local member-run banking system, which gives it a much more personal feel. I then heard about how Bailer Financial, Inc. recently named the Credit Union a five-star credit union, which was very impressive. I would like an opportunity to help continue this groundbreaking work with Del Norte Credit Union.

The skills I have could contribute to all of the success that Del Norte Credit Union has been garnering. I have a background in independent film and video editing in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and I co-wrote, produced, directed, starred in, and edited an independent film just last summer (it is now in post-production). I also have done freelance work, producing a commercial for the Los Alamos Beer Co-op in Los Alamos, NM, which aired in theaters in the area for about two months in early 2014. My mother working as a Project Risk Analyst at the lab, and working with databases, I have learned Microsoft Office much more in-depth than the average user. With my combined experience with digital production and Office, I feel confident I would be able to learn very capably with Del Norte Credit Union, and contribute my expertise to your ongoing projects much to the members’ satisfaction.
