Academic Planner Click on the Planner tab to access the
Academic Planner. Your current worksheet appears on the left side
of the screen, and the Planner appears on the right. You can
increase or decrease each side by dragging the gray bar in the
middle of the screen to the left or the right.

Academic Planner 1) To add a new plan, you must first name it
in the Description box and identify the academic year. 2) It is
helpful to name the plan with your intended major and year (for
example, the name of the plan would be General Studies 2009.

Academic Planner 1)Identify the term(s) you want to plan for by
selecting them in the drop- down menu and checking it off. 2)Scan
the worksheet on the left and look for any requirements that are
marked as Needed. 3)Drag and drop or type in needed courses from
the worksheet on the left to the term you plan to take the course
on the right. 4)You may add pertinent notes in the notes field.
5)Click the save plan button.

1)Clicking on the green arrow next to your planned term will
bring up the descriptions and schedule for all of the courses you
have placed in that term. 2)Use this information to plan out your
schedule. 3)You may plan out as many terms as you need, based on
your desired amount of courses per semester. 4)Once your plan is
saved, your advisor will be able to view and approve the plan.

1)Clicking on the process new button will take any planned
terms you have checked and add them to your worksheet. 2)This
feature makes it easy to see any courses you have not planned for,
as planned courses will appear in blue on your worksheet and
missing courses will appear in red.

Academic Planner 1)You may create and save more than one plan
(perhaps for a double major or certificate), by clicking on add a
new plan and load, but only one plan may be active at a time. 2)If
you want to plan courses for a different major, you may click on
the Show What- if Options button 3)Fill in the what-if fields,
check off Use What-if Scenario, and process a new audit to plan for
a different program or certificate.
