Article I Subject-matter of donation

The Parties agreed that the Donor will donate to the Donee amount of 26 059 EURO (say: twenty six thousand and fifty ni ne EURO) for the purpose of celebration of the 20th anniversary pf CCK-ISC in Prague.

Article II Purpose of the donation

The Donee undertakes to use the above mentioned donation in order to promote science and education on Faculty of Arts to the benefit of the CCKF International Sinological Center at Charles University, and specifically for the purpose of special activities on the occasion of the Center' s 20th anniversary celebration.

Article III Other arrangements

The Parties are aware of and agree with the publication of the Deed by Donee in accordance with Act no. 340/2015 Sb., about special conditions regarding the effect of some Contracts, their publication, and the Contracts Register (Contracts Register Act), as amended (hereinafter the "Act on the Contracts Register"), immediately after signing the Deed.

The Parties state that the Deed does not contain commercially confidential information or information whose publication would lead to unauthorized access to the rights and obligations of the Parties, their representatives or their employees, and the Parties agree with the publication of the Deed in its entirety. Nonetheless, prior to the Deeďs publication Donee is, if necessary, entitled to delete information which, according to the Act on the Contracts Register, should not or need not be published. In the case that the publication of the Deed would nevertheless lead to unauthorized access to the rights and obligations of the Parties, their representatives or their employees, each party is responsible solely for the harm caused to itself, its own representatives, or employees.

This Deed was concluded in accordance with Section 2055 et seq. of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic (Act No 89/2012 Coll.).

Amendments and supplements to this Deed may only be made in writing, in the form of numbered supplements signed by the two Parties.

The Parties are explicitly aware of and agree that the fulfilment of the Deed can ta ke place only after it has taken effect. Donee undertakes to inform the second Party of

the Deeďs registration by sending a copy ofthe confirmation issued by the Contract Register administrator to the e-mail address given in the header of this Deed.

The Contracting Parties have read the Deed, agree with its contents without reservations, and declare that it has been drawn up seriously, definitely, comprehensibly, and in witness thereof they append their signatures.

This Deed was executed in two counterparts, of which Donor will receive the first copy, and the Donee will receive the second copy.
