This work is performed at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), anArmy test range and a member of the DOD MRTFB. The purpose ofour work at WSMR is primarily to test military weapons andequipment.
Work performed: data reduction and analysis, real‐time operations,climatic and dynamic laboratories, range safety, timing, GPS,frequency surveillance, directed energy, nuclear and EM effects, dataand control networks, voice communications, range scheduling, rangecontrol, data management, flight termination, target control, voicecommunications, meteorology, and Inter‐Range Control Center. ThisWAO is in support of the WSTC Systems Engineering Directorate andwhen completed, these strategic plans will drive what is needed forthe future of WSMR and will provide many spin‐off TDAP projects.

The Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) was created byCongress in 2003 to oversee the DoD’s Test and Evaluation (T&E)assets and capabilities and is a component of the Office of theUnder Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology andLogistics (USD AT&L). The TRMC’s Test & Evaluation / Science &Technology (T&E/S&T) program develops new technologies toadvance the DoD’s T&E capabilities. High Speed Systems Test(HSST) is one of eight Test Technology Areas in the T&E/S&Tprogram. The HSST Program Management Office (PMO) is locatedat Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), Arnold AFB, TN.While the HSST PMO is located on an Air Force base it isresponsible for developing T&E technology for all of the DoDServices.

MIRATEK has been deeply integrated with the Housing Authority ofthe City of El Paso (HACEP) for the past 11 years, making the ITdepartment a strong leader in the agency. MIRATEK providessupport in the areas of Customer Support (Help Desk), NetworkAdministration, Server Administration, Application Development,Implementation and Administration in all areas of the agency,Project Management, Strategic Planning, Disaster Recovery andBusiness Continuity. MIRATEK has also brought to the agency theadded knowledge from working with other government agenciesand helped it transform into a technological leader in the PublicHousing Administration industry.
MIRATEK currently manages HACEP’s network which includes Cisco routers, firewalls and switchesspanning a central office, 48 sites and a backup location. The tasks involved range from running cable,port security and VPN administration to troubleshooting PCs connectivity problems and VLANadministration. We also manage an iSCSI network used for our storage and backup systems and wehave replicated this configuration in the backup site to ensure reliability and reduce downtime.

MIRATEK’s Professional Services Schedule Contract is particularly appealing to federal agencies when procuringrequirements and services that fall under various functional domains. For example, a federal agency can use theProfessional Services Schedule to issue a task order to MIRATEK to perform a requirement that includes services that fallwithin the scope of multiple Schedules.
The Professional Services Schedule was developed by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) migrating fromconsolidated Schedule Contracts, a single vehicle in order to reduce administrative time and costs. Through the PSS GSAProgram, customers can issue a single purchase order to obtain a variety of services using pre‐negotiated pricing, terms andconditions.
Services available through the GSA are identified by Special Item Numbers (SINs). Under the Consolidated Schedule Program,the GSA has entered into a contract with MIRATEK that any federal agency (and State and local governments undercooperative purchasing agreements) can procure services in the following areas:

MIRATEK Corporation as part of the URS Team, is being awarded an indefinite‐delivery/indefinite‐quantity, cost‐plus‐fixed‐fee, with provisions for fixed‐price‐incentive (firm target) and firm‐fixed‐price task orders, performancebased contract. The contracts are for the procurement of integrated cyber operations services including the entirespectrum of non‐inherently governmental services and solutions (equipment and services) associated with the fullsystem lifecycle support including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable,secure, survivable, and interoperable command, control, communication, computers, combat systems, intelligence,surveillance, reconnaissance (C5ISR), information operations, enterprise information services (EIS) and spacecapabilities. The cumulative, estimated value (ceiling) of the base year is $179,908,600. These contracts includeoptions, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value (ceiling) of these contracts to an estimated$899,543,400. Work will be performed worldwide as the task orders are issued. Work is expected to be completedby July 2014. If all options are exercised, work could continue until July 2018.
