Foreign Language
Objectives
1. To listen to and understand oral messages produced in different communicative
contexts, and carry out specific and diverse tasks adopting a respectful and
cooperative attitude.
2. To express oneself orally in habitual situations in an appropriate, coherent and
correct manner, integrating verbal and non-verbal procedures of communication,
and using phonological aspects, rhythm, stress and intonation as basic elements
of communication.
3. To read expressive and comprehensively diverse texts related to students
experiences and interests, extracting both general and specific information in
accordance ith a previously-stated purpose.!. To rite a variety of texts in an appropriate, coherent and correct manner, for
varied purposes related to students experiences and interests, and ith the help
of models.
". To use autonomously all the conventional means of communication and
information and communication technologies so as to obtain and present diverse
information and to communicate in the foreign language.
#. To value the foreign language, and languages in general, as example of cultural
richness, and as means of communication and understanding among people ith
diverse origins, languages, and cultures, avoiding any kind of discrimination and
linguistic stereotypes.$. To sho a receptive, curious, and confident attitude as regards ones learning
capacity and use of the foreign language. To use previous knoledge and
experiences in other languages for a faster, more efficient and autonomous
foreign language ac%uisition.
