1. What are the best fries that you have ever eaten in Los Angeles?

I was waiting for my sister at was in LACMA(Los Angeles County Museum of Art), and Igot hungry so I went into Johnny Rocketsand ordered some cheese fries. Damn, those fries were so good! They were delicious!

2. If you could only have one french fry and one condiment what would it be?

That is a tough one because I love fries. I tend to gear towards steak fries, soI’d love to have the Red Robin steakfries and the best condiment? Rannch, hands down?

3. Why do you think they call them French Fries?

Good question. I have never thought about that. I could be wrong, but I guess it’s because they originated in France.

4. What is your favorite condiment for french fries?

I put a lot of stuff on my fries but if they wereall in a head to head competition; ranch would win.

5. What is your favorite side dish for french fries?

When I think fries, burgers come to mind. When I think burgers, fries come to mind. I can’t imagine one without the other.

6. If you were a french fry...

A. How would you be cut?All natural. Who wants to be a fry withfake pants?

B. How would you be seasoned? With seasoning salt. I actually like my fries a little on the salty side, or at leastwith a good balance of it.FRIES 101
