• Ensure fit-for-purpose vessels, carry out modifications and upgrades
• Adjustment from ‘Greenfield’ or ‘Brownfield’ project mind set to Decommissioning mind set
• Adherence to Company Global Marine Assurance requirements

• Early engagement with Company Global Marine Assurance Department
• Provide workshops to aid evolution from ‘Greenfield’ to ‘Decommissioning’ mindset
