- Pursuant to Regulations of Thanh Loc Mechanical Company Limited- Pursuant to Minutes of Meeting of Membership Assembly No. /BBH-2008 on

22/12/2008;- Based on current situation of the company

CHANGE BUSINESS REGISTRATION CONTENT AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: Additional members:1. Vu Ngoc Lan agrees to transfer 393,750,000 VND in Mr. Vu Ngoc Loan’s capital.

Article 5: ValidityThis decision is valid since the contracting date.
