IT’S DECEMBER, THE GLORIOUS

SEASON OF ADVENT, when we

prepare our hearts for Jesus. But with

our calendars filled with festivities and

our minds focused on holiday to-dos, we

sometimes lose sight of the true meaning

of Christmas. God’s Word is the cure.

We invite you to joyfully prepare for

Christ’s birth with these daily Scriptures,

reflections and prayers compiled to help you experience the

peace and wonder of the season. With the many presents we give

and receive this time of year, let us keep Him, the greatest gift,

first in our hearts.

Because of God’s grace, we can reflect on the past year with

thankfulness and look ahead at the year to come with trust,

knowing that He is guiding us through life’s challenges and

directing our steps on the path to a bright and beautiful future.

Wishing you and your loved ones a Blessed Christmas and a

Healthy, Happy New Year!

Blessings,

Sabra

The Holiday Spirit“Call to me and I will answer you

and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”

Jeremiah 33:3 NIV

THE CHRISTMAS SEASON is a time of spiritual renewal. Make a commitment to seek God’s presence. Throughout the day, spend time with your beloved Creator. Turn to Him for direction and wisdom. When you are tired or troubled, call to Him.

Heavenly Father, my delight is to be with You. Our time together is a precious gift, a spirit-renewing blessing that grows each day.

Follow JesusJesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes

to the Father except through me.”

John 14:6 NIV

DO YOUR BEST to follow the example of Jesus Christ. Use the Bible and His teachings to help you lead a happy and fulfilled life. Miracles happen when ordinary people serve an extraordinary God.

Dear Jesus, I will follow You in my thoughts and actions. I will turn to You for guidance and live in the conscious-ness of Your presence.
