Your Board of Trustees has authorized the incentive program again for this year for members who may wish to pay their annual dues in one payment during January.

Members in golf categories who pay their annual dues in one lump sum by their January statement due date will receive four (4) guest passes, each good for 18 holes of complimentary golf in 2017 (cart fee additional). Social and non-resident members paying for the year in advance will receive two (2) guest passes. Alumni and Junior members are not eligible for the incentive. The usual processing fee of 2% will apply to payments made by credit/debit card. Guest passes may be used by a Social mem-ber or by any guest you may wish to invite for a round of golf. Four guest passes represent a $140 value in greens fees.

Members not selecting the annual payment incentive continue to have monthly, quarterly, and semiannual billing options for dues.

The Board reminds all members that your ACC membership is an annual obligation with the term being January through December. A membership initiated in any month after January runs for a 12-month period for the first year (e.g., June through the following May). Extending a membership beyond the first 12 months carries an obligation for the remainder of that calendar year. On the following January, the membership automatically renews through December unless a written resignation is submitted prior to January 1.

Every member’s dues for the year are built into the Club’s annual budget, providing a dependable source of income. The club relies upon continuing memberships for balancing revenues and expenses. There are some acceptable exceptions, such as serious illness or relocation out of the region.

Please inform Robin in the Club office if you wish to take advantage of the incentive or to change your billing frequency. You do not need to contact the office to continue your membership status quo.

We appreciate our members and look forward to an exciting 2018.

ACC will be closed (except for special bookings) from Janu-ary 1-10, for our annual main-tenance. The club will reopen on Thursday, January 11.

To allow our members time to use the club as winter weather permits, the January and Feb-ruary food minimums will be combined. Members will have the two-month period to use the two months’ combined total (e.g., $75 minimum per month = $150 to use over two months).

Members whose last name begins with the letter A-K have from January 1-February 28 to use the combined two-month minimum. Members whose last name begins with the letter L-Z have from December 16-February 15 to use the two-month minimum. After the January shutdown, reduced winter hours will be in effect through the end of February. We are willing to extend hours or open during this time period for anyone who would like to have a special event or host an event during January or February. Please contact Angela or Chef Miller to book an event.
