December 3 Board Meeting
President Bauer called the meeting to order. Vice president Franks and
board members Burgess and Harrington were absent. Since there were
no corrections or additions, the minutes of the November 5 meeting
stood approved as published in the newsletter. Treasurer David Richard-
son read the financial report. Motion was made by Tommy Mayo and
seconded by Lyn Yater to accept the financial report. Motion carried.
President Bauer reported for Shop Co-chairs Mark Burgess & James
Darby that on one of the 18” saws, one of the bushings and one of the
pulleys were bad so they replaced them. They also put a new front cover
on the gear drive so it will hold oil like it’s supposed to and keep it oiled
all the time now. → continued on next page → → → → → → → → →
