St. Paul reminds us that our God is an abundant God, the ultimate giver of gifts. He promises to give us all that we need. When we trust that God will take care of us, it is easier for us to share what we have been given.
Gifts for Baby Jesus. This year, we invite the children of Holy Rosary to bring a gift for baby Jesus as a special way to celebrate Christmas. Gifts could be a drawing, a prayer they have written, or a donation for Birthright. Please take
a paper from the table at the back of the church for more ideas and information.
TF117: Advent Mission Part 2 – “The Rooms of Our House”: In this continuation of our three-part Advent Mission, Deacon Eric invites us to examine those areas of our lives in need of Christ’s healing and mercy. As we walk with Christ through all the ‘rooms’ of our souls, we’ll ask “Which need the most work?” This week on Thinking Faith! http://thinkingfaith.libsyn.com/tf117-advent-mission-part-2-therooms-of-our-house

Peace Prayer of St. Francis Lord, make me an instrument of Your
peace: Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive, It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
And it is in dying that we are born to
eternal life. AMEN.

Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy. Hail our life, our sweetness and our hope!
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve.
To thee do we send up our sighs, Mourning and weeping in this valley of tears!
Turn then O most gracious Advocate, Thine eyes of mercy toward us,
And after this, our exile, show unto us The blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God.
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫ O my Jesus, forgive us our sins
Save us from the fires of hell Lead all souls to heaven
Especially those most in need of thy mercy.
