FCA, have made it easier for whistleblowers to bring suit under the FCA, and have
increased companies’ potential FCA exposure. Even companies that are not traditional
government contractors, or do not do business directly with the federal government, can
get caught in the FCA’s crosshairs. In this presentation, you will learn about the FCA,

does not apply, meaning that although an area may be accessible by boat, you do not
necessarily have the right to fish on it. This causes a big problem in a state where ever
changing wetlands and eroding coastal marshes have changed the landscape

property lines were drawn. Cayce C. Peterson, The Lambert Firm, PLC

respond in proportion to the challenge. This CLE will help offer ways to enhance your
