Please read the Graduate Recruitment Package before filling in this form and preparing your application.

Your completed application for the position must be received no later than Friday 11 September 2009.

Applications must contain your: completed application form (including completed selection criteria template) curriculum vitae / resume including contact details, education, work experience, extra-

curricular activities, achievements and two referees (at least one must be work related) whom we may contact if required

academic results (secondary and tertiary) include TER/UAI and all university results. If you are still completing your final year at University, please provide a copy of your completed subjects to date with results.

Note: If unable to scan official high school or university transcripts, please provide results in a Word document. Verification of results will take place at interview stage.

If you do not complete all the sections of the selection criteria, your application is unlikely to be considered.
