3 DiagnosisOn the basis of everything he/she has received, the supplier will proceed with the diagnosis and the analysis of the service being sold, otherwise he/she will activate a new planning phase.

4 ProjectThis phase, in case the supplier feels it is necessary, regards the planning or revision of a service

5 Client Re-examinationThe client is now ready to re-examine the project , and will validate it sending their own impressions or notes to the supplier for an internal re-examination

6 Internal Re-examinationin this phase the supplier involves the authorized personnel who, analyzing the project, will guarantee the duration and deadlines

7 OfferThe supplier carries out an offer presenting the client with an estimate of costs

8 Client Re-examines the OfferThe client analyzes the offer
