I am writing to complain about the inappropriate services I received while while staying at the Grange Health Spa. I believe your advertisement was rather misleading.

First of all, the food that was offered did not suit my needs as the advertisement claimed. In fact the diet programmes were not individually prepared for each guest as we all received the same poor quality meal during our stay.

Secondly, the luxury suite advertised was in reality a cramped room with a desolate car park view. This made my stay at your spa very uncomfortable and upsetting.

To make matters worse, the price was not all inclusive despite what I had been led to believe. As a consequence, I had to pay extra for several facilities such as my swimming lessons.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and I believe I am entitled to a partial refund. I hope this matter will not be treated lightly. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
