The world of rhinoplasty is undergoing important changes. On the one hand, extensive skeletal manipulations, powered instruments and extended open approaches are gaining popularity. On the other hand, endonasal, soft and minimally invasive concepts are receiving increasing interest. The presentwebinar gathers experts to present their spectrum of indications and limitations for the endonasal operation. Current controversies including the management of the dorsum, the significance of preserving soft tissue structures or the importance of the tactile feel of the tip will be discussed. Eachwebinar begins with four presentations, followed by a case - based panel discussion.
