Thank you for choosing to have your event here at the Walt Disney World ® Resort. For years the Walt Disney Company has used merchandise as a tool to help capture the magic and memories experienced while here at Walt Disney World ®. Disney Theme Park Merchandise (DTPM) has a partnership with HALO Branded Solutions to facilitate all of your promotional merchandise needs for your event.
HALO Branded Solutions is currently extending merchandise services to departments around the Walt Disney World ® property. Our specialized partnership with HALO Branded Solutions allows them to service your merchandise needs in the three following ways.
Flyer - The Walt Disney World ® Groups and Convention Merchandise flyer allows you to see actual items that can be customized at discounted pricing. HALO Branded Solutions has a contract that allows them to co-brand a Walt Disney World ® icon with your company name, event name, date and location.
Custom – The flyer is a great idea generator, but it may not showcase the particular item or items for your event. HALO Branded Solutions is an established member of the ad-specialty industry (ASI) and they are able to procure unique product. They are able to use their knowledge of the industry and product specifications of the Walt Disney Company to create quality product with Walt Disney World ® icons that are unique to your event! Custom items do require 3-4 weeks lead time, but it’s a great way to leave a lasting impression.
Walt Disney World ® retail items from Property – Your event may be coming up quickly, or maybe you found the perfect product already exists…at Walt Disney World ®. HALO Branded Solutions can still help! They can usually offer a discount on items offered at retail. These items are based on availability at the time that your order is placed. If the Retail item you are looking for is not available, HALO Branded Solutions will work to find an alternative item that will meet your expectations.
