Troy Reimschisel is the Managing Director for SVN | Parke Group specializingin multi-family, investment and industrial properties in Indiana. He has 15years of experience representing and advising clients in the sale, acquisition,landlord representation, tenant representation and property management ofmany types of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining SVN | Parke Group, Reimschisel served as an Advisor for SVN/Hudson Group and as associate broker and business manager for HudsonInvestment Real Estate specializing in the sale of multifamily properties.Before that, Reimschisel spent 19 years in the public accounting andconsulting industry. He served as a director for PricewaterhouseCoopersManagement Consulting Services, where he provided system developmentand implementation services to Fortune 100 clients as a project director/manager for nearly 15 years. The first five years of his public accountingcareer, he provided audit, tax and business advisory services to mid-marketand entrepreneurial companies.
Troy currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Indiana CommercialBoard of REALTORS (ICBR), is a member of the ICBR/CREA ExecutiveCommittee and served as the 2018 President of ICBR/CREA.
Troy and his wife, Bonny, homeschooled their three children (two nowmarried, one in college). Troy is the board chairman for Apostolic ChristianChildren's Home, Inc. d/b/a Gateway Woods (www.gatewaywoods.org) andhe is the Chairman of the Gateway Woods Auction Committee which runs anannual charity auction to raise support for the Gateway Woods ministry. Jim began his real estate career in Indianapolis developing industrial parksincluding construction of an average of 200,000 square feet of spec-spaceannually. Since then he has managed real estate sales portfolios for majordevelopers with properties located from Wyoming to Florida to New York. Inhis 36 years in real estate, Jim has leased, managed, and sold office space,industrial sites, and retail anchor and retail shop space in 30 states.
Throughout his career, Jim has managed the Marketing Departments ofseveral regional real estate firms. His management skills include a strongemphasis on budgets and overall cost control. However, his primaryresponsibility has centered around the direction of the leasing/sales team.Jim is using his experience to bring landlords and tenants and buyers andsellers together in order to obtain win-win conclusions for each deal.
