INSIGHT EXPERIENCES Athens: Delve into the glorious Greek history with a visit

to the Acropolis, still dominating the frantic bustle of modern Athens with its serene presence. Admire the Parthenon, built in 5th century BC to the honour of the goddess Athena, see the Caryatid beauties as well as the smaller Temple of Athena Nike.

Kusadasi: If you choose to visit Kusadasi, your Local Expert guides you through the famous archaeological site of Ephesus.

Heraklion: If you decide to visit Samos, you will enjoy free time on the island and while in Crete, join in a guided visit of the Palace of King Minos.

Santorini: Your Local Expert takes you to the village of Oia, one of the most picturesque Cycladic village.

DAY 4 - STARTCRUISING TO MYKONOSBoard your cruise ship and set sail for the lovely island of Mykonos with its dazzling sugar cube houses and whitewashed windmills. Tonight, the maze of walkways, welcoming tavernas and nightlife are yours to explore. DAY 5KUSADASI OR SAMOS AND PATMOS

Today, choose to explore the Turkish port of Kusadasi and visit the ancient ruins of Ephesus, or spend the day relaxing on the island of Samos, birthplace of the mathematician Pythagoras. In the afternoon, sail to the island of Patmos where St. John the Devine was exiled by the Emperor Domitian. DAY 6 - RELAXED STARTRHODESUpon arrival at Rhodes, chosen by the Crusaders as their fortified headquarters, the day is yours to explore at your own pace. Perhaps take a walking tour of the old town surrounded by medieval walls, or simply enjoy a relaxing day on the golden beaches. DAY 7 - CRETE AND SANTORINIIn the morning, you dock at Heraklion in Crete, the site of the ruins of King Minos' Palace of Knossos. Later, cruise beneath the sheer cliffs of Santorini. Explore the capital of Thira, with its clifftop restaurants and cafes, breathtaking views and amazing sunsets, and visit the

If you would like to travel with us and do not live in the NC Triangle area- we welcome you on any of our trips! Singles or couples. As long as one person is age 55+, guests can be 21 years and older. We can arrange transportation from anywhere in the U.S. to meet up with the group for the trip!
