Good morning, I look forward to the opportunity to make the transition into this new role, and I am ready to combine all my work experiences and educational background to succeed in this challenging career. My educational background is in safety and process engineering, and my previous work experience was electrical and mechanical based. The experience I gained through Pinnacle pushed me to limits I didn’t know I had, and I am grateful for that. At Pinnacle, I learned patience, troubleshooting, time management, how to work with a group, and the importance of communication. I also acquired other skills working with Pinnacle such as 3D modelling, repairing fiber optics, utilizing electrical diagrams for troubleshooting, and became very mechanically adept. I developed the first round or our management system, which breaks down the standard operating procedures, and the responsibilities for each party involved. I created training manuals, and equipment manuals, and was sent to work with our most challenging clients. I originated the first design of service tracking system to improve the quality of service my company provided. I am a very active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), I have been involved with many committees, I am currently leading a study group for individuals planning to write for their CSP/ASP certification exam, and I sat on the committee that hosted this Fall’s ASSE technical conference. I am known for my communication skills, especially listening, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. I know together we can be successful, and I look forward to discussing how I can contribute to a great team effort. Kind Regards, Dawn Keeler

Before my recent successful tenure as a Project Manager, I gained the majority of my experience working in the field. That aspect of my career allowed me to develop my talent for troubleshooting, as well as time management techniques and interpersonal skills. I have a reputation for reliability and having a positive attitude, which has helped me develop strong relationships with clients, third parties, and within my community. I have recently received a certification in Safety Management, and I am currently working towards a certification in Risk Assessment both via ASSE (American Society of Safety Engineers). Additionally, I am registered with APEGGA (a Professional Society for Engineers), and ASSE. Within the next six months, I will write for the National Professional Practice Exam (NPP), and the Associate Safety Professional Exam (ASP).
