David K. Schumacher is a partner in Chadbourne’s energy and project finance group. He represents both lenders to and developers of energy infrastructure projects located throughout the world, including pipelines, LNG terminals, and power projects. As part of his practice, he has drafted and negotiated loan documents for non-recourse financing transactions. He also has drafted, negotiated and reviewed key project documents, including gas supply, transportation and storage contracts, power purchase agreements, construction contracts, and operation and maintenance contracts. He also has advised lenders and developers on the financeability of various project structures.

Noam Ayali is a partner in Chadbourne’s energy and project finance group. His practice focuses on the acquisition, development, financing and operation of energy infrastructure projects. He represents energy companies, project sponsors and developers, as well as multilateral agencies and commercial bank lenders in connection with upstream oil and gas projects, cross-border oil and gas pipelines, and gas-related energy infrastructure projects. His practice also involves advising project sponsors and lenders in connection with political risk insurance matters relating to project financings.

Daniel R. Rogers is counsel in Chadbourne’s energy and project finance group and is co-head of the Firm’s LNG practice group. His broad international energy, infrastructure development, project finance and transportation experience centers on the business of producing, procuring, processing, marketing and transporting LNG, natural gas and natural gas liquids, and the structuring and financing of LNG production, transportation and receiving facilities and natural gas pipelines and power generation facilities on a limited-recourse basis.
