We arrived home from the field March 3. We’re staying in Wake
Forest, NC and enjoying visiting with family and
friends. We’re busy visiting both supporting and new churches as
well as pastor’s fellowship meetings.
Electricity was restored to our newly rented house 4 months
after the storm. Power was restored to the church
6 months after the storm.
Construction continues on the homes of our members. For now only
essential repairs are being made to the church building. A lack of
carpenters hinders the progress. C-KIDS outreach has resumed and is
experiencing great response from both the children and the parents.
We have seen 3 professions in April.
Youth Camp and Junior Camp: 3 or 4 attended Youth Camp in Samar;
13 attended Junior Camp on Leyte. Of the 13 attend– ing Junior Camp
, only 3 were church members. God worked in the hearts of parents
to allow their children to go out of town, overnight with our
workers. Many of these children had not previously been allowed to
even come to the church building.
Our annual Missions Conference resulted in a 37% increase in
the Faith Promise pledge.
Family Bible Study (our Sunday School) is reporting an increased
attendance and good participation.
Weekly visitation is reporting good reception of our members in
the homes and opportunities to share the gospel. We’ve had one
young adult make profession recently.
One of our teen men has begun leading the congregational singing
for the services.
We are receiving reports of first –time visitors in nearly every
service.

leaders in the church will find an ac-ceptable place to rent. Pray
that God will work in
the heart of a property owner to rent to us.
