Date of RLE Duty: January 21-24 2014

Area: Cavite Medical Center Cavite City

Shift: 7am to 3 pm

General Objectives:

  To attain a symbiotic relationship among the students, Clinical Instructor,

Head Nurses and Staff Nurses, in which learning is facilitated towards attainment o f

competency in rendering quality care to clients within the health care

delivery setting; and to have a good time management which is well

delegated.

  To incorporate nursing leadership and management towards all aspects to facilitate

enhancement of competence and effectiveness of students as a nurse in providingquality and compassionate nursing care.

Specific Objectives:

  To have an introduction between the head nurses and the student nurses in

cooperation with the clinical instructor.

  To promote an individualized primary care to attend the needs of the patients.

  Establish therapeutic relationships with the patients, families and assigned student

nurses.

  Deliver the highest quality of care with integrity, honesty and compassion.

  Exhibit appropriate personal and interpersonal professional, morally and ethicallybehavior.
