GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

The machine, offered “AS SEEN AND APPROVED”, is currently being used at the original buyer’s yard in France. ASCOM will dissemble and collect it as soon as the brand-new (ASCOM) Machine is delivered to the

original buyer’s yard.

As is, it means that is sold without any form of warranty

DELIVERY TIME

4 months ex-works, plus transit time and time necessary for erection and commissioning (UNLESS SOLD)

PAYMENT TERMS

30% at the order, balance before shipment.

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If the Customer can’t collect the goods, for causes not depending by ASCOM, ASCOM can invoice any

additional cost for stocking them; in any case, ASCOM can invoice the agreed payment conditions.
