± SFDC is disconnected and out of sync with the SAP Customer source.

± No standard format was followed for names, addresses and phone numbers.

master data. ± It receives the Pricing master data from GMAT. GMAT receives the Pricing master data

from a variety of source systems including SAP.

sales configuration master data.
