Topics covered during the April 28th, 2014 Tiger Team call:• Reviewed Tiger Team Mission & Scope

– Accelerates the progress of the Initiative by getting a head start on standards harmonization.

– Supports the development of policy agnostic yet policy enabling technical standards that address prioritized initiative use case requirements.

– Focuses on the initial set of standards required for Meaningful Use

• Reviewed initial development target and approach tactics– Develop HL7 Data Provenance CDA Implementation Guide as backwards

compatible, reusable building blocks– Analyze overlay with C-CDA (and other CDA-based) Templates– Assess any modifications required to the XDS Document Entry Metadata

• Discussion on HL7 Data Provenance Project Scope [PSS] Statement– Outlined the PSS approval process– Walk through of PSS sections

• Note: The PSS was presented to HL7 CBCC and the HL7 US Task Force on 4/29/14 and approved

• Community Q&A discussion/open forum– Topics included esMD and HL7 Digital Signatures– Tiger Team deferred further discussion on use cases to the full Initiative

• Next Steps for Tiger Team:– Present PSS to Domain Experts Steering Division (May 5)– Discuss D-PROV CDA with HL7 CBCC and Security (May 7)– Next TT meeting: May 12th, 3pm EDT– Report out on next initiative all-hands meeting: May 15th , 2:30pm EDT.
