Hereby I am pleased to confinn that Mr. Dariusz Cydejko has been employed in PolishTourist Organisation in Stockholm for temporary substitute employment (vikariat) between I'tof July 2009 and3Oft of June 2010 atthe position of PR & Administration. As our Office iscovering all Nordic countries, Dariusz had the opportunity to work on international level,conducting some activities also in Denmark, Finland and Norway.

His main tasks during the employment were focused on:- Tourist information, like direct client service online and by phone, postage of

promotional materials, organisation of the several information stands etc;- Website www.polen.travellsv maintenance, including Jooma cms and basic

translations;- Newsletter and press release as well as invitations to promotional events - content,

graphics followed distribution to four markets;- Databasemaintenance;- Statistics update;- International press monitoring;- Building up presentations, films and visualisations - content, gnrphics, animations;- Promotion of Poland in direct contacts with travel trade and media representatives;

also direct contacts with potential suppliers from Polish market and regionalpromotional organisations in Poland;

- Promotion of Poland during the intemational travel fairs,like Ferie in Copenhagen andFerie For Alle in Herning;

- Product oriented promotion of Poland during Nordic road show organised incooperation with Hungarian and Czechs National Tourist Offrces;

- Active part of the team involved into the organisation of the EU co-financedpromotional project "Chopin / Polska ll T}ire Course" and its main feature - the VIPgala meeting in Stockholm City Hall in June 2010;

- Administation duties, such as direct contacts witli office suppliers, inventories andarchives, sorting out the promotional materials.

Dariusz is a very positive, optimistic and ready to help person. He has very good team-working skills, easily fitting into the necessaq/ duties. His work approach is very systematicand researching. Well prepared to work with the IT tasks as well as all the new marketingtechnologies. He should be an asset for every next employer.
