Daniela Maragos“My service does not end at the closing contract,”says Daniela Maragos. “I constantly ask myselfwhat options I can provide to keep my clientshappy, because I want to make sure they canthink of me as a friend,” she adds. Indeed forDaniela, who works with first time home buyers,has a stronghold in the luxury market, and workswith international investors; clients receive a fullsuite of real estate services. “Whether clients needhelp with a flood six months after they’ve movedin, or an investor needs a property managementcompany to handle their rental property, I amhere to help,” she says.
Her ability to provide all-inclusive services,stems in large part to her own experience inbuilding residential properties and renovating
commercial properties. “After I got married, webought a commercial property for my husband’sbusiness,” she recalls. It just never crossed hermind to hire someone to handle the revampingof the property. As a first generation born toItalian parents, Daniela says, “My father was aconcrete foreman, so construction has alwaysbeen in my ear.”
From there Daniela decided to general contractthe building of her own home. “We had twoacres. I was the general contractor. I handledhiring of the trades, blueprints, variances,sewers. From drawing to structure I did it all,”she says. More importantly, she loved it, andearning her real estate license to help others wasjust the “next natural step,” she says.

Keller Williams RealtyDaniela hit the ground running with KellerWilliams, and hasn’t stopped since. “I net-worked with high-end moguls and investors,and initially branded myself as a luxuryspecialist. However, I realized that I lovedhelping young people with their first invest-ments too, and have since found that workingwith first time home buyers is incrediblygratifying,” she says. Moreover, she’s addedforeclosures, and short-sales to her repertoire,and is happy to offer sellers home stagingservices. “I help people to move up, or todownsize based on their needs,” she adds.
She also has a large international client base, whoare looking to invest in properties to flip, or asinvestment rental properties. Her fluent Italian,
and conversational Greek and Spanish, obviouslycome in handy. She laughs when recalling that “Ididn’t speak English until kindergarten.”
Today, every home Daniela lists receives luxurymarketing. “I use all high gloss. I use QR codes.I also have the opportunity to list homes on alocal television program and in regionalmagazines,” she says. Of course, that’s inaddition to the more than 200 websites that allproperties are listed on.

As for the future, Daniela is nothing butpositive. “Selling real estate is what I enjoy.Helping and making dreams come true is a truepassion of mine. I enjoy assisting investors,buyers and sellers in all aspects of theirtransactions,” she says.
