WelcomeThis term, we’re building on the foundations of an awesomeSpring and Summer programme that saw us discover somenew favourites here at DanceBase. Most exciting of all is thatthe Parkour in our Easter and Summer Schools proved sopopular that we’remaking thema fully-fledged part ofthe programme. Turn straight to page 36 for this and ournewAerial dance classes for young dancers. Class numbersare restricted to 16, so get in quick to secure a place!

For adults, we’ve added aDance Jukebox class to theprogramme (p24) – a high-energy hour of funwhere you getto choose themusic. So if there’s a song you’ve alwayswantedto dance to, this is your chance tomake it happen!

For our Ballet regulars, there’s an extra Intermediate class(page 14), so go on and turn that double pirouette into a triple! Our Cuban Salsa Improvers class is back, for those already ontheir way to a sizzling Son; andwe’ve heard that you tapperswanted a Pre-Advanced class, sowe’re very happy to say thatcan be found on page 29. All the faves of the last two terms areback: 80s Icons has a newhome in our brochure under Jazz(page 23) and a newhome in the schedule too! It’s now amid-week treat, so nomorewaiting till theweekend for your fix.

We are on it with theworkshops too: Bhangrawith theEdinburghBhangra Crew on page 12 and…wait for it …theULTIMATEBOYBANDworkshop on Sunday 14 Septemberwith Ashley Jack is going to be so brilliant we can’t even beginto describe it. You’ll just have to experience it yourselves!
