ACHIEVEMENTS

Promoted from technician to Team Lead while creating a new team. Also implemented processes for Firmware Validation support and Engineering. These processes were approved and implemented for better tracking of assets, inventory, ticketing assignment,

efficient work flow for team, database structure, pick-up and delivery to Developers in different buildings. Ramped up asset location and database for auditing and inventory tracking utilizing self-made scripts. Created an in-house SPI flash Firmware interface switching device (with power kill on flash) for the automation of a

customer reference board that had no circuit isolation built in. Device was also considered for older Server boards that had no prog header. Designed a rework to tap into a wireless device card to Firmware Communications Link for automated switching. Two different wireless cards could be populated in one PCIe extension card for automated switching for new

Firmware test cases to find bugs. Automated part of the asset tracking system database with an interface application and barcode scanner(coded in

Java through C++) that had fields with embedded SQL and subroutines. Its function tied physical assets together (instantaneously) by means of bar-code, while updating current location,

assigned owners, necessary info, and more. Promoted from technician to team lead and Sr. Technician while creating a new Hardware team and processes for

Firmware Validation support and Engineering. These processes were approved and implemented for better tracking of assets, inventory, ticketing assignment,

efficient work flow for team, database structure, pick-up and delivery to Developers in different buildings. At beginning of server farm automation project (2011), was able to save our LAB $30,000 on the quarterly/yearly
