Introduction:
From a decade every body wants to save the Dal- Lake by their
view point, but every body has failed to check the damage of the lake, so
many proposals has been submitted by murmurs personalities, agencies,
but the government is not in a position to implement the projects due to
the economic condition of the state. But at this movement if our selves
are not to prevent it, from further damage of the lake, then the future
generations will not forgive us.
This proposal has been meet the basic requirements and make out
lined impression how to make locally available funds and recourses, to
appropriate working culture of the Kashmir. This proposal comprises
upon the Industrial unit, and a research team (out- sourced from the
Agriculture University of State), which has rich heritage.
We made this proposal/idea for the purpose to understand one of
the essential matter to discuss for saving the Dal-Lake and get economic
up-lift-ment of the state.

Plan for development
The Dal-lake is largely propaganda for tourism use, and other matters
has been ignored since long The Dal-Lake is a golden mine of the
Kashmir, we have to use its contents for development purposes, so ways
we not think about it, basically our Kashmir has lake of infrastructure for
processing of large scale garbage. We have no such unit, which
decompose the garbage and waste harvest. The Dal-Lake is always full of
such yields wastages, which could be converted into useable products
like paper, medicine, oils and fertilizers etc. so the development purpose
we need an industrial unit for processing of large scale garbage, most of
garbage comes from our homes having contents of green leaves, plastic,
wood and bi products of paper slit-sand etc. we have actually double idea
that the unit may work for garbage processing/decomposing and
processing of bi-products from Dal-lake, i.e, the green leaves, fungus, sea
products and raw soil etc.
The plan for collecting the waste products from Dal-Lake, by the local
youths as well as from the small firms, and the government/processing
unit will purchase the wasted/garbage from them. It will swim up the
cleaning process of the Dal-Lake by Lust Method by this method we
shall remove the fungus and other bi-products from the Dal very quickly,
as people welcome this process as per my opion, as people gets the
money from it.

The process including the reach may be out-sourced from Agricultural
university or making an independent research chair within the university
of agriculture, so that our knowledge will be uplifted. This process makes
the economic development of the Kashmir (J&K) as well as the quicken
the removing of ominous things from the Dal Lake.
In other side the garbage collected from the rest of the city should be
processed/recycled from the concerned unit and this will also help to get
the money from the outcomes.
By this process, we can the paper, bi-products of paper, chemicals and
natural medicine etc. and the city goes clean day-by-day automatically.
Implication
o The main result of this process will impact upon the economics of
Jammu & Kashmir State and provide the employment to qualified and
as well as Labour class. They will be engaged in so many years just
like the gold mines.
o The idea will become next milestone for the Jammu & Kashmir State
