PosiControl the new milking unit control arm

PosiControl keeps the milking unit safely out ofthe way of cows and operators whilst the pre-milking procedures are completed.

When the stall reaches a certain position, PosiControl brings the cluster into a positionthat is within easy reach of the operator, savingvaluable time and reducing operator fatigue.

During milking PosiControl positions the clustercorrectly on the udder, providing just the rightamount of support.

The PosiControl support strap can be adjus-ted to a position to suit every stage of themilking cycle. This means that pulsation andmilk tubes can be guided independently– for optimum milking and milk flow.

After milking, PosiControl swings down tobring the milking unit out of the way givingoperators better access to the cow. The clusterand hoses pass through the entry/exit areabelow the platform providing an unobstructedpath for cows to enter and exit the parlour.

After milking, PosiControl removes the clusterstraight back from the udder quickly but gently.Neither the removal chain nor the cluster touches the cow’s leg in the process.
