The markets close green on 1STday of contract. Sensex close up 133.13 gains 0.63%

and the Nifty close up 38.15 gains 0.61%, Gains supported by consistent foreign fund

inflow as overseas investors have been net buyers of cash shares in each of the

previous 10 sessions, with inflows totaling around $600 million, exchange and regulatory

data show. Aluminum major Hindalco Industries topped the buying list, rising over 6percent followed by TCS, Karnataka Bank & Tata Motors with a 3.5-4 percent up move.
