How you spend you time matters and can be the first step to discovering what activities are contributing to, or taking away from, your level of daily happiness. This tool will help you rate your daily activities from zero hearts, to 5 hearts, depending on how much each activity makes your heart happy. Your goal (our goal), is to live our lives in the 3-5 heart range. It might not be possible to get all the way there, but this tool can to help you gain some insight into where you can make some changes and hopefully work towards a more balanced (and happier), lifestyle. Goal is to have more 3 - 5 heart hours during your day than 0-2 heart hours. (Use one sheet for each day of the week) Use a red pen or crayon to fill in the hearts. (Do it, it's part of the process :) Your Goal = Don't worry about your initial ratings, this is a process. What's important is to see where you can make changes and then make a plan. The goal will be to build new habits and practice adding more happy hearts to your daily activities!
