IMPORTANT NOTE:
Note I : When Freight charges given in our offer:
Freight charges as indicated in price schedule will be included
in commercial invoice for payment along with the ex-works price of
theLighting Arresters and the question of raising separate debit
note for payment of freight charges does not arise as our system
will notaccept the same. The commercial invoice will invariably
contain freight charges also and no proof will be given in token of
payment of eitherfreight or insurance charges.
Note II : When material booked on freight to pay basis :
In such a case material dispatch will be either through your
approved transporter or through Gati/ Safex courier service to
prevent damages intransport. In either case we will not be
responsible for any damages of material in transit. Entire freight
charges are payable to transproter at
destination. As Insurance is also to your account. Please obtain
the details before dispatch of materials or inc lude in your open
policy. We willtake up dispatch only on specific confirmation from
you.
Note III :
For Arresters of ratings 30kV and below one pair of Terminal
Clamps for Single conductor will be supplied either suitable for
DOG, RABBIT,RACCON and COYOTE.For Arresters of ratings 60kV and
above two pairs of Terminal Clamps on one Terminal pad for single
conductor will besuppli ed as per the Drawing No.G-TC-1832GR sui
table either for WOLF, LYNX, SPIDER,PANTHER, HAWK, KUNDAH, DRAKE,
ZEBRA andMOOSE.For all other types of Terminal clamps either you
have to source from standard suppliers or forward an enquiry
separately for thesame.
For Arresters connecting lead of length 1.5 metres of 35Sqmm
Alumi nium wi ll be supplied. For all the other sizes, lengths
& material either youhave to source from s tandard suppli ers
or forward an enquiry separately for the same.
Note IV :Please quote the offer No indicated above invariably in
your all future correspondence for quick response. Please confi rm
the receipt ofouroffer as soon as the same is received by you, by
mail or fax and inform the name of the contact person and land line
number and cell phonenumber along with complete address so as to
send hard copy of of fer duly attaching necessary document and in
your pu rchase order.
Note V : Damages & Breakages in case of exfactory o ffers
:
As the pr ices quoted are on Ex-factory bas is , the damages or
breakages dur ing t ransi t and handl ing cannot be replaced free
of c ost. Thematerials are to be insured by you and to be claimed
for the damaged material by you from your Insurance Company. In
case you want thereplacement, the same can be effected at 60% of
the value of the material, only after receipt of damaged material
at our end. The Excis e Dutyand Sales Tax including the transport
charges are extra to your account.
Damages & Breakages in case of FOR destination
offers:Damages if any shall be noticed immediately and recorded on
the back of LR and reported within 10 Days of receipt of material
along with LRcopy. Replacement of the same can be effected free of
cost only after receipt of damaged material at our end. Replacement
on account ofdamages and breakages wil l not be accepted after 15
days of stor age.
Payment of freight charges:
In case the material is transported through our transporter, the
transport charges will be claimed in the commercial invoice. The
transport charges areto be paid as per the Freight charges
indicated in our Offer. No Proof of transport charges will be
furnished. We have an understanding with ourtransporters for
transport of our goods. The transport charges are either based on
full truck loads, part truck loads or by weight basis
(Transportcharge per Kg) when the quantities are small. The
Transport charge varies depending upon the distance and also the
availability of trucks to differentdestination which cannot be
foreseen. The payments are made to transporters "on Account" /
Adhoc basis as it takes time to get theacknowledgement. So it will
not be possible to produce the proof of having paid the transport
charges to transporter.
Cosignment DeliveryAny consignment weighing less than 500kgs for
any individual destination will be booked on godown delivery
basis.For Godown Delivery,theconsignee copy of L/R will be sent
along with the documents.Normally the consignment reaches the
transporter godown at the destination in the timeand delivery at
site will be delayed being a part load, for which separete
transport os to be arranged by the customers.
