Our products are unique, limited handcrafted and handmade collectibles. Each piece is made from our private label,

lead free pewter with silver alloy and is CPSIA certified. All products are hand cast, polished, packaged and shipped

from our facility in Atlanta. Slight imperfections are a part of handmade crafts, so some variation should be expected.

All food service products are FDA approved and safe for serving, but are not recommended for the dishwasher.

Ordering Requirements:Minimum opening order: $150.00Minimum reorder: $150.00For information about ordering or to contact a Sales Rep, please look at the information on our website at www.metalmorphosisinc.com. Due to high demand and the ability to offer product protection, customers are required to maintain their protected status by ordering at least once every six months.

Payment Terms:New customers can be set up on terms or pay via MC/Visa/American Express. We no longer accept C.O.D. orders. A credit card number along with the expiration date must accompany credit card orders. We will not call for Credit Card information. You can request for a credit card number to be kept on file. Terms are Net 30 from ship date. Metal Morphosis will not entertain credit requests greater than Net 30. A 2% finance charge per month will be added to accounts over 60 days (24% annually). Absolutely no goods will be shipped to past due accounts until the account is brought to current status. Accounts will be responsible for all collection and attorney fees. Litigation will take place in the state of Georgia.

Return / Cancellation Policy:All of our products are handmade and made to order, any cancelations or returns will be subject to a 50% fee where applicable. Any cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 weeks prior to ship date. The buyers’ signature on an order Is guarantee for payment, as representation of the purchasing company. Any returns must be prepaid and insured. No claims will be allowed after 3 days of receipt of shipment. No returns will be allowed after 30 days of receipt of goods. Metal Morphosis reserves the right to cancel any full or partial order as a result of us being prevented from completing the contract by reasons beyond our control.

Shipping Terms:FedEx is the shipper of choice, where available. Common carrier is used when required. All FedEx items are subject to a 5% total shipping and packaging fee. All shipments are freight collect. Overseas or out-of-country shipping will be priced according to current exchange rates. All orders shipped via US Mail are subject to a $5 handling fee.

Damage Claims:Because of the nature of what we produce, extra effort is taken to protect your order against damage. In the event that some damage should occur, please contact the delivering carrier IMMEDIATELY. Please keep original packaging for inspection. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Backorders:Any item(s) that must be backordered will be shipped within 30 days time (applies to all backorders of $50 or more). If the product is still not ready to ship after 30 days the backorder will be cancelled and the merchandise must be reordered. Backorders under $50 will automatically be cancelled.

Delivery Schedule:Due to the nature of handmade and handcrafted products, a window of earliest ship date through cancel date has proven the most effective way of securing delivery of your order. On the average, we ship 3-4 weeks from receipt of your order, depending on the time of year and pieces ordered. As much advance notice, when possible, is sincerely appreciated.
