Job Description
NTT member is responsible for the adjustment of national education cycle to LC needs and country priorities Measure of Success % Plan Fulfillment Growth # attendees of conferences Average score per delivered webinar/training
Develop National Education Cycle with MC VP TM, NTT Coordinator and VP TMs
Create & collect educational materials
Develop and educate local trainers
Educate LC VP TMs on how to manage Local Education Cycle
Educate LC VPs on conference / agenda management
Participate in local & national conferences as agenda manager/facilitator/trainer/track manager
Develop & track standardized education cycle in LCs
Delivering needs based education in LCs (LC Training Days)
Research and promote internal and external opportunities for developing trainers and facilitators’ skills among the members
Research and engage external organizations (companies) in education cycle
Implement & establish virtual education system

Goal of the National Trainers Team
The main goals of the National Trainers Team for year 2013 will be update and implement national cycle to reflecting national drivers, establish and coordinate local education, focus on creation and implementation high quality education for XPs & managers, and take care about establish and coordinate virtualization of education.
