UserID = first initial of first name + full last name (usually)
Password = between 8 and 32 characters and contain 1 upper case letter,1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1
special character, i.e., !@#$%^&*
Password is case sensitive
If user attempts more than four (4) times with the incorrect password, the account is locked
Passwords expire every ninety (90) days with inactivity
Forget your Password link = screen displays field to enter the user name, after answering the security question
an email is sent so the password can be reset

Search for a Patient section requires two (2) field entries to conduct a search:
o DCN + Birth date, or
