I believe that as long as you have clearly identified a problem, you can always develop a plan to face it. I very much enjoy connecting the dots between different fields. By having such different interests, I am quite comfortable in finding solutions for problems by looking into different fields. When working with people, I believe you should get to know what motivates them, and use that to get the most out of the person for the project, in order to get a win-win situation.
